Do you have something unique and period appropriate to sell? We are looking for artisans and crafters, and a limited number of resale items to join us as merchants at Snake River Renaissance Faire. If you will be selling any food or beverages please see our Food Merchants page.
As a rule, we do not accept applications from mainstream franchise businesses, MLMs, or network marketing, such as It Works, LipSense, Paparazzi, doTERRA, Nuskin, Young Living, Xango, etc. Exceptions are made in RARE cases, on a case-by-case basis. Most of the time these types of vendors do not have enough of the type of stock that fits our theme of renaissance/medieval. If you believe that you can pull off the look and feel of our theme and still make it worth your while, submit good photos of how you would do it so we can make an informed decision.
To keep the renaissance/medieval atmosphere in our village marketplace there are a few things we need from our merchants:
- Merchants need to dress in period-appropriate clothing and footwear. Costumes do not need to be elaborate. Clothing items can often be found at thrift stores or places like Amazon.
- Booth canopies or tents need to look period-appropriate. If you are using a modern pop up canopy or tent with metal legs, there are some simple ways to disguise them. Fabrics and garlands can be added to tents and legs to help minimize the modern feel.
- Items offered by our merchants need to have the look and feel of the Renaissance or medieval period. Items made from wood, metals, natural fibers, and leather work well.
Merchants will need to provide their own tents/canopies, tables, chairs, etc. needed for booth setup. Non-wood tables need to be covered by tablecloths.
10×10 booth space $100
10×20 booth space $150

Booth space includes 4 merchant badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $3 each. If you have small children that need to be with you, they will not need a merchant badge.
Merchants will need to provide their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs and other furnishings needed. Booths should be decorated in a manner to tie in with the renaissance period. Modern tables (not wood) should be covered with tablecloths. All merchants should dress in period-appropriate costumes.
